Coordinate with band managers and representatives

to ensure efficient time on stage and making sure all needs are met.

Manage crew of 15 stagehands.

Coordinate with bands on stage plot and help crew install musical instruments on stage.

Troubleshoot any problems that may arise either backstage, onstage or in the audience.
